Hello!
From 1st of July on, I want to sublet my room in a fully furnished shared house with other 3 people. It’s on Avenue de la Courounne, and the neighborhood is quite calm and easy to access.
Facilities
The room catches the sun well all day long, and even though the weather can be quite hot in the summer, the room can remain pretty cool. You will have a newly built private bathroom which contains a shower bath, and washbasin. It also has its own French balcony.
The house has 2 toilets, which means you will share it with only one person.
The kitchen is opening to the living room and it is fully furnished.
From the living room, you can access the shared balcony.
Proximity
Colruyt is 2 tram stops away from the house, but it’s also accessible by walking in approximately 15 mins.
There is a Proxy close by -5 mins by walk- which is a good opportunity to make groceries on Sundays.
There is also a Night shop 1-2 min away, it is always good to know :)
Transportation
The Etterbeek Train Station and Etterbeek Gare Tram Station are 5 minutes away by walking.
The bus line 95 which connects the house to the center passes right in front of the house (Delporte), and during the night it still works with a different name. Here are some destinations that you can reach via the bus 95:
- Parliament: 10 mins
- Parc de Bruxelles: 15 mins
- Grand Place: 20 mins
