This Flat contents a bathroom (2 sinks, bath/shower, wash and dry machine), a WC and dressing, 3 sleeping rooms of 12 - 14 et 15sqm, one big and full appliances kitchen (Oven, Micro-waves, vitro-cooker, hood, dish washer, big cooler and freezer 3 drawers)
And one big 43 sqm living/dining room + sunny balcony and a shared garden in the groundfloor.

Monthly fees by room: 450€,

J'aurai 1 chambre disponible pour 1 colocataire dans un appartement NEUF de 124m²,à partager.
Le bâtiment se trouve a proximité Waterloo, Rhodes Saint Genèse, Braine-l'Alleud
Périphérie sud de bruxelles - 18-20km de la grand place et 9km/10min de Uccle (+/-15km de l'ULB et VUB)
L'appartement se compose d'une salle de bain (2 lavabos, baignoire/douche, machine a laver et sèche linge), un WC séparé et vestiaire, 3 chambres de 12 - 14 et 15m², une grande cuisine super équipée (Four, MO, vitro, hotte, Lave vaisselle, grand frigo + congélateur 3 tiroirs - le tout intégré) et d'un grand séjour de 43m² + balcon et jardin commun au rez de chaussée
Exposition des chambres Nord-Est et du séjour sud-Ouest.
Le loyer par chambre/appartement est de 450€,
+ 75€ pour les charges: comprenant l'eau, l'électricité et le chauffage centrale (gaz).
+20-30€/mois pour une aide ménagère 2fois par mois.
