common using: dining room, bathroom +WC, kitchen, balcony and
terrasse. + extra shower & WC
No prepay! The room can be reserved only after a visit in person.

*your tendence, hobby, if it's possible nationality or your living city.
Without these infos of your person, sorry, I cannot answer.
450 Euro/ month (incl. all charges+wifi)
The deposit 900 Euro, on the day of your check out, you return the keys back
and receive deposit back in case of no damage.

The apartment is located between
the 2 Metro stops; "Osseghem" and "Etangs Noirs/Zwarte Vijvers"
( 5 minuites walk on feet ). Rue de Menin is a little street with oneway system,
quiet. Backside of this building; only garden and an art studio, there are not any other normal appartments around 30 meters. At the moment temporary construction work of naibor house, sometimes a little bit noisy.
Near of house; supermarkets(Lidl, Aldi, Colruyt, Delhaize, Action...), wash salons and big and
little parks for jogging and promenade. No problem of security.
Metro 1, 2, 5, 6, Bus 13, 20, 129, 190,
an electric heating, 500watt/ each room
Common using place will be cleaned 2 times/month by a cleaning lady.
