My name is Giulio from Italy and I recently sold my pizzeria in Etterbeek(Brussels) and have started to enjoy my pension time. I would like to rent the room for minimum 1 year with domiciliation and will probably stay more if everything goes well.
I'm a non-smoker and non drinker and very active and travel frequently between Italy and Belgium. I've been living in Brussels during the last 5 years and speak german, Italian, English and a bit French and spanish.
Being sportif all my life, people get surprised when they find out my real age since I don't look more than 55 years old.
I'm ready to move-in from 1st of September.
