Cosy room in central Brussels apartment

I have a second room in my flat which is available starting April 2025. The room is about 13sqm and has access to a small balcony that is shared with the other bedroom. The apartment is bright with big windows, on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (separate wc). Location is a 2 minute walk to the metro and the local Basic Fit gym and 3 minutes to the supermarket. It's a 14 minute walk to downtown (Place de Brouckère). The Gare du Nord is a 12 minute walk away (but we are far from the off-putting Gare du nord atmosphere). About me: im originally from the US but ive been in Europe most of my life. I work in the creative industries and I live here by myself with a cat named Goose. I am looking for someone who is a cat lover because Goose can be quite a handful, between his loud meowing and the fact that he sheds a LOT! There is a parking space which you can also rent for 100/month but that is optional. Please also note that this is for a temporary room rental it will not be possible to register your domicile at this apartment. Note: there is a mattress but no bed in the room. A new bed will be supplied. Price includes all bills including wifi and a cleaner every two weeks.
