I'm moving out of my room the 1st of March NON FLEXIBLE and im looking for someone to take over in a cohousing of 4 in Etterbeek !
🚌 boileau right in front (tram 7, 25 and bus 36)
Montgomery station a few minutes away
Supermarkets and restaurants right across the corner (delhaize , freshmed, carrefour etc )
👯♂You'll be living with 3 amazing people between the ages of 25 and 32 (one girl Italian and working in GSK and two guys one Dutch Belgian working in Nestle and the other a chemical engineer) with different lifestyles who like getting together for a coffee , talk , events , outings , board games and even organizing a coloc diner ! The main language is English.
🏠 your cozy furnished room (big bed, desk, hanger, lots of storage) is about 20 to 24sqm with windows with a street view of the neighborhood , bathroom shared with one roommate (very nice guy) and retails at 770 all included (electricity, heating, water , internet) with a 1000 euro deposit
The kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine and a dryer for your journey with these adventurers !
Contract is for one year renewable domicilation is possible
