The house is situated 300 meters from Rond Point Schuman, has a garden and has been fully renovated. There is wi-fi internet in the house, a washing machine and the kitchen has all modern appliances . There is a brand new gym 100 metres away door to door and the entrance to parc cinuantenaire is also less than 100 metres away.

There is also a garden which is perfect for barbeques in the summer.
