Hello,
I would like to rent my place in short or long term. Up to preference of the tenant, I can rent a room or the whole apartment.
The living room is converted to a studio but could be also converted back to a living room. It's 32 m2. It has office space, a queen-size bed, large sofa, TV.
Small room is 16 m2. includes also office space (desk, chair) double bed, TV and 2 seater sofa.
