Practical Info

A quiet and safely located apartment in a beautiful yet lively neighborhood.

The house is close to Germoir, Flagey, ULB, and VUB, and much more. There are buses, trams, and trains within walking distance. You can get everywhere quickly by public transport.

Costs:

• Cozy mezzanine room with plenty of space

—> €580 + shared utility costs

2 slanted skylights.

• Spacious room with a large terrace on the garden side.

—> €520 + shared utility costs

2 adjacent terrace doors that let in lots of light.

Both rooms (plus the kitchen, bathroom, etc.) are already furnished, but not as shown in the photos above. For more info, send a message!

Shared living:

There will be 3 of us living together (me + you? + someone else). We share 1 kitchen and bathroom.

We have the third and fourth floors of a townhouse to ourselves. The lower floors are occupied by my mother and a teenager. So, we all share a staircase, but not the floors. There's a washing machine and dishwasher, so no worries, you won’t have to spend hours at the laundromat! 😆

The kitchen is also a chill spot for all of us. There’s a couch and a sound system for music!

We also have a cat! 🐱 A cozy, sweet, calm, beautiful, and slightly chubby cat 🫢.

Who are we looking for?

A student who is social, clean, and quiet. Someone who doesn't smoke! 🚭 Ideally speaks French, English, or Dutch.

I'm starting my first year of language studies in Leuven this year. I'm very social and love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I cook a lot and love it, I listen to a lot of music, and I'm always busy. I'm into healthy cooking and natural self-care ✨, and I enjoy spoiling people with it! I speak Dutch, English, German, and French, with Dutch being my native language. Praktische info

Een rustig/ veilig gelegen appartement in een mooie maar ook levendige buurt.

De woning is dicht bij germoir ,

flagey, ULB en VUB en veel meer. Er zijn bussen, trams en treinen op wandelafstand. Je komt overal snel met het vervoer.

Kosten:

•Leuke mezzanine kamer met veel plaats

—>€580 + gedeelde verbruikskosten

2 schuine dakramen.

•Ruime kamer met groot terras aan tuinkant.

—>€520 + gedeelde verbruikskosten

2terrasdeuren aan elkaar die licht doorlaten.

Bijde kamers (+de keuken,badkamer,..) zijn al ingericht maar niet zoals op de foto’s hierboven. Voor meer info stuur een berichtje hierover!!

Samenwoonst:

We zullen met 3 wonen. (ik + jij? +iemand anders ) We delen 1 keuken +badkamer.

Wij hebben de derde en de vierde etage van een herenhuis voor ons. De onderste etages worden bewoond door mijn moeder met teenager. We delen dus allemaal samen een trappenhal maar geen etages. Er is een wasmachine en vaatwasser dus no worry’s je zult niet uren in een wassalon moeten staan! 😆

De keuken is ook een chillspot voor ons allen. Er staat een zetel en een soundsystem voor muziek!

We hebben ook een kat! 🐱 Een gezellige, lieve, rustige, mooie, en beetje dikke kat🫢.

Wie zoeken wij?

Een student die sociaal, proper en rustig is. Iemand die niet rookt! 🚭 Ideaal Frans, Engels, of Nederlands spreekt.

Ik begin dit jaar mijn eerste jaar talen in Leuven. Ik ben zeer sociaal en hou van nieuwe mensen en culturen te leren kennen. Ik kook veel en graag, ik luister veel muziek en ben altijd druk. Ik hou me bezig met gezond koken en natuurlijke selfcare✨. En vind het leuk mensen hiermee te verwennen! Ik spreek Nederlands, Engels, Duits en Frans. Waarvan Nederlands mijn moedertaal is. Ik kan nog meer vertellen over mezelf en deze woonsituatie dus alsje meer info wilt en geïnteresseerd bent kom maar langs voor een theetje ☕️ .

Un appartement calme et bien situé dans un quartier agréable mais aussi animé.

Le logement est proche de Germoir, Flagey, ULB et VUB, et bien plus encore. Il y a des bus, des trams et des trains à quelques pas. Vous pouvez vous rendre rapidement partout avec les transports.

Coûts :

• Chambre mezzanine sympa avec beaucoup d'espace

2 fenêtres de toit inclinées.

• Grande chambre avec une grande terrasse côté jardin.

—> 520 € + frais partagés

2 portes-fenêtres côte à côte qui laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière.

Les deux chambres (+ la cuisine, salle de bain, etc.) sont déjà meublées mais pas comme sur les photos ci-dessus. Pour plus d'infos, envoyez un message !

Colocation :

Nous serons 3 à vivre ensemble (moi + toi ? + une autre personne). Nous partageons une cuisine et une salle de bain.

Nous avons les troisième et quatrième étages d'une maison de maître pour nous. Les étages inférieurs sont habités par ma mère et un adolescent. Nous partageons donc tous un hall d'escalier mais pas les étages. Il y a une machine à laver et un lave-vaisselle, donc pas de souci, tu n'auras pas à passer des heures à la laverie ! 😆

La cuisine est aussi un endroit où l'on se détend. Il y a un canapé et un système de son pour écouter de la musique !

Nous avons aussi un chat ! 🐱 Un chat adorable, gentil, calme, beau et un peu rond 🫢.

Qui cherchons-nous ?

Un étudiant qui est sociable, propre et calme. Quelqu'un qui ne fume pas ! 🚭 Idéalement, qui parle français, anglais ou néerlandais.

À propos de moi 😁 :

Je commence cette année ma première année de langues à Louvain. Je suis très sociable et j'aime rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et découvrir des cultures. J'aime beaucoup cuisiner, écouter de la musique et je suis toujours occupée. Je m'intéresse à la cuisine saine et aux soins naturels ✨ et j'aime en faire profiter les autres ! Je parle néerlandais, anglais, allemand et français, le néerlandais étant ma langue maternelle.
