- Can you confirm that the house is furnished and the kitchen equipped with pots and pans?
- is there a price reduction for a 7 month long rental?
- are there any extra expenses beyond the rent? Is heating included?
- do you ask for a deposit? How much?
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Since I live in Milan, would it be possible to do a virtual tour of the accommodation?
