in the famous area called les Marolles , from 16 st of April 2025 a room out of 4 in the shared house is getting free for 750 €all in the room is 28 m2 furnished with a desk, double real bed of 140 cm+ big wardrobe , commode a 3 seat canape that is also as a real bed for 1 Friend , tv and internet. There is a new wc and lavabo installed already like in the other big room and a new shower .
There is a bathroom between floor 0 And 1 for the 2 smaller rooms and one Xtra shower room and Wc In the basement
the room is on the 1st floor out of 3 floors ,( 3rd floor being a private duplex)
the room has a small balcony facing the street , is nice and very bright .
is fully equipped and renovated with big windows balcony ( in the room a small fridge, micro waves kettle and kofiie machine ) + big shared fully equipped kitchen+ and laundry room in the basement for the 4 rooms and a studio .
The room and this house are part of a shared international house which is of a kind of village with, Italian, Hungarian Romanians Portuguese Brazilians, ingenieurs, PHD students, trainees from EU Institutions, joung professionals working for EU or consultants, sharing there experiences , a common kitchen with dishwasher , oven, canapes,TV , internet high speed, washing machines room , common courtyard with a terrasse+ table and chairs BBQ, cleaning person 1x a week for common areas
