In a nice and quite area, nearby public transport and Parc Tervuren, I am renting a room in a big ad bright, cosy house.
I am only looking for one roomate to share a big 3 bedrooms house.
I am renting a nice bedroom with private and separate bathroom on the 1st floor of this big house. There is a private salon the roomate can use to invite guest over.
The kitchen is common, modern and open, full equipped, we can cook in a bright place.
There is an open fire in the main salon and a nice living room to welcome guest for a dinner. A big and sunny terrasse with a nice garden can be shared for a BBQ or a sunbath. The area is quite and safe.
I am looking for a trustable, respectful and nice roomate, someone independent, calm and clean. A cleaning lady is coming once a week but I expect a min of cleaning between.
Non smoker, no pets no kids!
