My room is available to rent in Uccle as of 1 December. You'll be sharing with one other flatmate (man, in his thirties working in the EU bubble). We started furnishing the flat when we moved in but there's still space for you to make it your own!
The flat is composed of a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a large living/dining room, two toilets, one shower room and one bathroom (has a bath and shower in it and a washing machine). A lot of the windows are floor to ceiling so you get a lot of light. To top it off, the flat has 2 L-shaped balconies on each side so you can really enjoy the sun when it's there. The room is furnished as the furniture I purchased will stay (a small price will be charged for it). An upside to this flat is that it's super close to various parks so ideal for any nature lovers.
The flat's vibe so far has been fairly calm as we are both working professionals and the building is fairly residential. We'd be looking to have a professional replace me on the lease. We signed a 3-year lease back in February 2024 and you'd be replacing me on it. Of course if you need to leave earlier, you can find someone to replace you.
