SUNNY AIRY AND VERY BRIGHT ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM IN DESIGN LOFT ONLY 8 MINUTES METRO RIDE TO THE EU DISTRICT AND 5 MINUTES TO THE CENTER.

My name is Alberto I am an IT Business analyst working at the EU district in Brussels and I would like to share this amazing loft with some really nice and fantastic people ( EU Trainees and interns are more than welcomed)

Only five minutes from the city center, ( only two metro stops to ROGIER ) super close to the European Institutions district I work and comute everyday to the EU district " the loft also is one minute from the Belgica and SIMONIS metro stations ,supermarkets , banks, pharmacy, the loft has a very New York inspired vibe and has a design architecture, the apartment it self is very bright loads of sun light big windows as you can see in the pictures , Scandinavian floor heating , if the weather is warm we also have a huge balcony .

The loft is very well connected by public transportation you can be in Luxembourg TRONE /Arts-Loi / schuman/ ( EU Institutions District ) in about 8 minutes with the Metro.

Only 5 Minutes from the biggest shopping area in the city " ROGIER/ RUE NEUVE " , 10/15 minutes from downtown historical center " LA GRANDE PLACE "., "LE SABLON" MONT DES ARTS "

There are two separated rooms with private batroom in the house and a third room in the mezzanine .
