We renovated this duplex a couple of years ago to make it a nice home for a group of 4 young international professionals. We have one room freeing up end of May. We look for new roommates that are social, respectful and eager to share ideas/knowledge, preferably mid to longer term. (age 23-30).
The duplex is newly built 4 years ago with ecological materials and consists of 4 rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room and a big terrace with view over brussels.
Ideally u are a young professional (between 23-30y old) starting a new experience in brussels and wanting to share thoughts and experiences with roommates in a top location in Etterbeek.
The rent per month with all costs included is set at 725 euros for this room (575 + 150 for energy costs, wifi, cleaning common areas every 15 days) . There are 2 modern bathrooms, new kitchen and stylish living area. The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, internet, kitchen, dishwasher, garden, tv corner....
