Looking for a salaried person to take over the room of a departing flatmate. The apartment was recently renovated and includes a patio, two full bathrooms and a cellar.

You would be living at a very close proximity to a large supermarket (5 minutes walking) and at a walking distance from areas like Flagey and Cémentière d'Ixelles. The apartment is also ideal for anyone needing to make a commute to the VUB or European Quartier.
