Hey!
I am renting out my guestroom during the month of July. The apartment is located next to the centre of Brussels (@Ninoofsepoort), a 15 min walk to Grand Place.
The rent (all costs included) per day is 40 euro, per week 200 euro, for the whole month 450 euro. The room has a king size bed, wardrobes, a desk and chair.
There is a park with a summer bar nearby. Located in a quiet street near the canal and accessible by tram and metro.
There is a nice, large living room with open kitchen and view on garden, a spacious bathroom and separate toilet, an elevator.
Tourists are welcome for a short stay, as well as someone who needs it the whole month.
You’d be living with me, a thirty-something young professional and calm personality. I’m quite busy, like cooking, plants and art. I speak, Dutch, French and English.
